Bookings are confirmed after a deposit is made, with the remaining balance to be paid before the trip begins. All trekkers are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and evacuation. Trekking in mountainous regions involves natural risks, and clients are expected to follow guide instructions and take personal responsibility for their health and safety. Cancellations must be made in advance, and refunds are subject to our cancellation terms. We also encourage responsible travel by respecting local culture and protecting the environment throughout the journey.
